In a recent study patients receiving diabetics on insulin therapy:

Antihypertensives
The usual medication for hypotension is non-selective beta-blocker such as:

- Fludrocortisone 0.05-0.1 mg/kg/day, given IV

- Nitrofurantoin 0.5 mg/kg/day, given IV
- Ticlopidine 10 mg/kg/day, given IV
- Valproic Acid 50 mg/kg/day, given IV
Other
